In cooperation with POP TV - jem, we organise monthly events called STORIES OF ACROBATES with Uroš Slako, where he hosts successful entrepreneurs in Trbovlje, in the City of Acrobats. This year's guest was Ivo Boscarol, and Domen Trontelj, PAXIA, presented himself as a young startup.

I have never done anything in my life for money. But I have done everything to enjoy it.

I am one of the few people in the world who can say that my hobby is my job and my job is my hobby.

Entrepreneurship has certain laws, innovation does not.

There is a big difference between leading and governing. Governance is an art. Leadership is knowledge.

As entrepreneurs, we make great leaders because we hold the scissors and the canvas in our company. We have the ability to make a success story. But governing is a much higher level, because you have to balance the interests of a huge breadth of other interests. That is not easy.

What would I wish for if a goldfish granted me one wish? I would give money a shelf life.

Money has been the means for me and the collective to change history all my life.

You have to have the best team in the world to be the best. Anyone can be second, only one can be first.

Trust is the basis of everything. It's important in the family, it's important in business. If I don't trust my employees, they won't trust me.

Today, humanity no longer exists. Today, we no longer know how to talk. Today we no longer know how to pat each other on the hand. Today we live in a virtual world ...

Slowly, we began to lose our sense of feeling and warmth. This is a great danger for civilisation.

We set our own criteria for success.

The world is getting really crazy. This civilisation has not even learnt over thousands of years that wars have no meaning, only people suffer. All wars end in a very bad peace agreement.

If as much money went into health, medicine, pharmaceuticals, prosthetics, etc. as goes into the defence industry, people would have lived for 200 years, I am sure.

We have a responsibility to society. When the time comes, it is important to give back to society.

Joint events, team building, rewards, victories, so that people can be proud of what they have achieved, proud to say where they are in their work... that's what makes a strong collective.

We are mirrors - we get what we give.

First, you need to be sure of yourself so you can convince others. That doesn't mean you don't have problems, you don't need support, you don't need someone to complain to...

If flying is a drug, aerobatics is a hard drug.

Try to organise your life in such a way that you enjoy what you do.

It's not the same today as it was when my parents told me, "You'll have to work for 8 hours to walk for 8 hours and sleep for 8 hours." Today, the best part of our lives is spent at work, in a collective. If we are not happy there, if we feel bad there, if we do not see motivation there, if we go there in the morning in a bad mood, that is the basis of all the problems we have in life.

As far as possible, put yourself first and organise your life the way you would like to organise it. Today, every job in the world is at your fingertips.

Today, everything is possible, you just have to be sure of yourself, you have to be sure that no wall is so thick that you can't break through it with your head, and you have to be persistent. That is simple logic for life.

It was great to bring together so many Slovenian creators and innovators. The Rex chairs are a symbol of Slovenian innovation, the beautiful carbon table on the stage was made by Nino Razpotnik, and the aerobatic plane, which will be signed by all the guests, is the work of Jani Cestnik; the beautiful bottle wrapped in coal is the work of designer Marjeta Hribar, Kuolmi; the desserts are by Sandi Planinšek and Eva Klinc, Sugar Queen; the drinks are by Gregor Strniša with a Mixy spritzer; the food is by Kulinarika Jure ...

This encourages entrepreneurship and creativity, and shows entrepreneurship in a positive light.
