The results will be published no later than 31 December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-colibri-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f995492115391e46c2d0b9c357bfb644\" id=\"1-kdo-lahko-sodeluje-in-kdo-ne\">Who can (and who can't) participate?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition is open to all <strong>persons of legal age<\/strong>who meet the eligibility criteria and submit their photos in accordance with the rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the competition, employees of Dewesoft, Katapult, Katapult Metal, Dewesoft Inspiretech, Dewesoft Monitoring and the City of Acrobats Foundation, as well as their immediate family members (partner, children, parents, siblings) are not eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-colibri-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-81cb9c364eac92fc6847dbc0a89d4afa\" id=\"2-na%C4%8Din-sodelovanja-v-nate%C4%8Daju\">How to enter the competition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please send us your photo to<strong> info@mestoakrobatov.si<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every photo must be: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the work of the contributor (without the use of artificial intelligence),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>filmed in the Zasavje region,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500KB to 2 MB (JPEG or PNG format).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each photo you send, please write in the email: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subject:<em> The most beautiful photo of Zasavje<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name and surname of the photographer, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>address of residence, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>year of birth, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contact telephone and email address. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everyone can participate<strong> with only two photos<\/strong>, sending them separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ineligible applications will not be considered for selection.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The winning photos will be published on our website and on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MestoAkrobatov\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MestoAkrobatov\/\">FB pages City of Acrobats<\/a> and inform the prize-winning authors personally. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the participant (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the fulfilment of the contractual obligations of the organiser in connection with the competition (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scope of personal data<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>For the purposes of the competition, the following data will be collected: name and surname, address of residence, year of birth, contact telephone number and email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retention period of personal data<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Personal data will be kept for a maximum of 6 months after the end of the competition or for as long as necessary to resolve any complaints and comply with legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Individual rights<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>The participant has the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">access to your personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">correction of inaccurate data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">deletion of personal data (unless there is a legal basis for keeping it),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">processing restrictions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">to object to processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">data portability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contact for data protection<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>For any questions regarding the protection of personal data, the participant may contact: <strong>info@mestoakrobatov.si<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Transfer of data to third parties<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or if this is necessary for the purpose of the competition (e.g. tax authorities).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-colibri-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-970ab7d305c5b693fad37832c8011d59\" id=\"8-prito%C5%BEbe-in-re%C5%A1evanje-sporov\">Complaints and dispute resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">All complaints and claims shall be resolved by the Organiser. In the event of justified complaints, the Organiser undertakes to remedy them within the time limit set by law and to inform the Participant thereof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">The company Knez Holding d.o.o., the City of Acrobats Foundation, will endeavour to resolve any disputes arising in connection with the competition amicably. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Organiser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">accepts no responsibility for any disputes regarding the copyright of the works entered,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">reserves the right not to publish all photographs received,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\">reserves the right to change the rules if circumstances dictate.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-colibri-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-4837809c2c15aa983443e4b3bdd577fa\" id=\"8-prito%C5%BEbe-in-re%C5%A1evanje-sporov\"><strong>Tax liabilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The prizes stated in these Rules are expressed in gross amounts. The Organiser will ensure the calculation and payment of income tax, if required by law, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation (ZDoh-2). The winners will receive the net amount after deduction of tax liabilities and will be informed of this when the prize is paid out. For winners who are natural persons, the Organiser will submit the relevant report to the tax authorities (REK form).
