A high-school student with sensitive skin has naively, but very wholeheartedly, ventured into making cosmetic products from natural ingredients - hard soaps, deodorants... \"Nothing complex. To be honest, I was just one of many who did it at home. Anyone could do it.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But every journey starts with first steps. When most give up, she marches on ...<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She graduated in cosmetology and even received a prize for her thesis on the stability of active ingredients in cosmetic products. Pre\u0161eren Prize<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step by step, the future Master in Industrial Pharmacy has been devoting herself more and more to cosmetics and her dream of having her own products in her own company. Recognising the importance of entrepreneurial skills, she started attending entrepreneurial events, joining entrepreneurial groups and thus increasingly surrounding herself with entrepreneurs and good mentors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As her first choice, Dermateka, was already taken, after many hours of research she found the right international name - Clariteca<\/strong>. Clarity, clarity, purity. She captured many of the concepts that are important to her - clarity of the business, clarity of vision, clarity of focus, clarity of thinking and clarity of objectives. At the same time, the name symbolises purity, glowing skin free of blemishes and imperfections. That's what its products are all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After significantly improving her products, she started to give more and more exposure to her tips on Instagram under the Clariteca brand. Her cosmetology expertise probably also helped her to convince a strong Slovenian influencer to feature her products quite quickly. She knew they were good quality, that they were really good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She joined the Young Entrepreneur Institute, soon received the P2 call and at the same time applied for the Start Slovenia<\/strong>. Out of all the applicants, they saw the potential in her to invite her to be one of the chosen candidates for Season 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, we are convinced that there is hardly a Slovene who has not at least once seen the face of Petya or her products on the most exposed shelves of Spas across Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So young and already such successes. Yes, definitely an acrobat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although outwardly confident and endearing to everyone, she admits that she had many doubts as a young entrepreneur. This experience has made her stronger and more determined. \"I don't think I will ever be as exposed in my life as I was through Start Slovenia. Live events are usually in front of 50 people, but this was exposure in front of thousands of people. If I could do that pohendlala<\/em> and it worked out well, I'll do anything in business well,\" is her support when she needs strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your wishes for the future? \"I always want to have a small company, 10 to 15 people, so that we still know each other well and like to work together. I want there to always be a good energy and a relaxed, homely atmosphere.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What advice would you give to others about your success?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"If you have an idea - go for it. But it's good to find a mentor from the start, and not just one, but several. Listen to everything, but take the advice that makes the most sense for your story, for your path.\"<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But if I were to go down that road again ... \"... I would have hired someone to help me with my daily chores before. People often say that they would have sought help in the form of advice sooner. Well, that has never been a problem for me. It was more that I lacked someone who could really do certain jobs that took up a lot of my time. Now I definitely take more time for myself, for my personal growth - that's also an important aspect of being an entrepreneur.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n
