Just go from day to day, and when an obstacle comes, you just find a solution and move on and forget about it.

Every day I am afraid that it will not sell anymore. Every day I am afraid to click on the orders to see how many there were the day before. But I think that is because it is a living thing. Because that is what keeps us alive in the end.

I had no knowledge of entrepreneurship. I just had an instinct, a desire, I was very hard-working and I hoped and I believed.

My real recruitment started when I recruited a finance manager.

What we look for in ambassadors is heart, brand loyalty, but there also has to be some impact. There has to be money to turn around.

I want to give employees the best job they can have, but I know that to get into SWY in the first place, they have to be very hard-working. I think we are all there with our hearts and we all want to work together and keep the company moving forward. I hope that is not lost.  

Every woman who grows up is preoccupied with her appearance. Some more, others less, I'm full of it. But if I didn't worry about cellulite, I wouldn't be where I am.

For business, timing is everything. I won't say all of it, it's the 70 %. If you catch it, it can go very well, if you miss it, it will go very badly.

If you are not OK with yourself, you will create nothing.

I said to myself, "I don't want to be like my mother, who always goes to work and comes home sad and angry because she works those eight hours and everyone gets on her nerves. I'm not going to be like that, I'm going to be my own boss."  

Being your own boss - it's hard, but it's also nice.

The role of a mother is a feminine energy. The role of the owner is masculine energy. It is difficult to switch. It is difficult to put away a bad conscience. But it teaches you a lot ...

A team is always defined by the leader. If I am transparent, honest and human, they will be too. But there are times when you have to pound the table - from their side and from mine.

I think all managers, owners, have a problem to let things go. It's logical, the company grew on your turf.

When you realise you can't do it alone anymore, that's when the business starts to grow. You need a team.
