Acrobats - Innovators who change the world for the better.
Acrobats test the limits of what is possible, enjoy creating and are constantly asking themselves how to improve. They are visionaries. Creators with real values. They do what seems impossible. They are very rare, so they are sometimes misunderstood. But they are the ones who end up changing the world.

"I had the opportunity to fly an aerobatic plane. Flying in an aerobatic plane is pure eroticism. Anyone who has at least a few octanes in their blood and has had the chance to try something like that knows what I'm talking about.
Aerobatic aircraft are inherently unstable. If you let go of the rudder in a turn, it will crash. This makes it more agile so it can change direction as quickly as possible. Passenger planes are made differently. They are stable and they maintain their course, on but they're ungainly.
In essence, we humans are very similar. Most of us want the orientation of a passenger plane, i.e. clear instructions and familiar routes without a lot of fuss. But there are a few of us who are not interested in established routes, who want to be able to fly with to test our limits with new challenges.
Every company, every environment and every society needs both: people who diligently and carefully carry out the day-to-day tasks of running a business, following legislation, producing and delivering high quality products, on the other hand. acrobats who decide on bold and daring moves to take the company to the next level time and time again. A company that has both types of people and respect between them can work wonders.
It's the same in life.
You can choose the life of a passenger plane pilot - predictable, calm, safe. You sail beautifully along the paths you've mapped out. Nothing bad can happen to you. But it can be a bit boring.
Or you have a more acrobatic life - dangerous, you don't know where it's going to take you, you're often walking on the edge, you take a lot of risks, you have to be on the lookout and on alert all the time... But do you know how crazy enjoyable that kind of driving is?!"
