IT STARTS WITH AN IDEA<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

First, you have a good idea. Then you grind and stir and cook in your home kitchen... hoping for something new, something cutting-edge. When you succeed, you enthusiastically make a small quantity of samples. You might even sell them. And when you want to put them on the shelves of a major retailer... <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is where the bigger challenges come in - machinery is expensive, production of large quantities is complex, packaging is a challenge of its own, let alone contacts with major retailers. At the start-up stage, most people find it very difficult to afford, both financially and in terms of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this point, many give up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So different, yet so connected. Each of us has created some interesting food products in our own homes. Rok produces a wide range of products under the brand name Rok's nut.<\/strong> Uro\u0161 has Popcorn Popcorn<\/strong>crisp, crunchy, bursting with air, with a variety of flavours. Toma\u017e was touched by the sad looks of the children who, because of their strict diet, were not allowed to sweeten themselves with plain jam. So he started to cook jam for them himself under the name of Pohorje delicacies<\/strong>, which use stevia instead of sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were too big for the home kitchen, but too small to be of interest to major manufacturers. So they teamed up to buy the necessary machines, rent a large space and share the costs. The logic is quite simple: at the beginning you only need a production line for maybe a few hours a day. But all three of them together are already working for 8 hours a day or even more. So they share all the machines, they share labour costs, machine costs, space costs, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ideal solution to the biggest challenge of most food startups - how to make that leap, which requires a big investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
