We are continuing to manage the forests, waiting for the building permit, and the ballast embankments and the terrain for the road on the west side of the City of Acrobats are in place.

»VAU, look at this! Motorway ‘mama!” Jure enthuses. The width matches the expression, but not yet the look:

What is really happening with the construction of the City of Acrobats?

The site for the road on the west side of the City of Acrobats is being developed (marked in yellow in the pictures).

The Acrobat City will be built on the site of a former day digger. Not so long ago, this area looked like this:

The concern “is it possible to build in this area without everything settling too much” is of course valid, which is why the embankments were made so that the sags could be measured.

In one month, the ground has settled by one centimetre under the weight of what will later be the building. Or to put it another way: the ground is solid, stable! We can build!

As far as the paperwork is concerned, the application for the first module (MA04) of the City of Acrobats is being finalised. The implementation project is close to completion. We are now in the phase of obtaining the building permit.

We are still cleaning up the forests around the City of Acrobats. When asked “why”, Jure always just says: “To make it beautiful.” Not only is the City of Acrobats being built, but also an environment that will be stimulating to create and pleasant to live in.That's why forests, greenery, parks, flowers ...

Even when our fingers are cold or the rain is pouring down, it's the “before-and-after” view that gives us the will to edit:

It is still the case that locals can come and buy firewood for their own needs. We leave them in a pile by the gravel road - marked with a red sign in the picture below.

We are looking forward to spring with a pleasant feeling, when the forests will turn green, the new trees will show their first leaves, and the sound of the machines will testify to the building of the creative environment we are already looking forward to.

With precision, ingenuity and diligent hands, we restored the Jenbach JW 20 GS, number 5, vintage 1959, which dumped tons of coal during its service life. This locomotive is the first restored piece of the more than 100 tonnes of heavy mining equipment purchased and, with the help of Knez Holding, will become part of the mining museum in the City of Acrobats.
