In cooperation with POP TV - jem, we organise monthly events called STORIES OF ACROBATES with Uroš Slako, where he hosts successful entrepreneurs in Trbovlje, in the City of Acrobats. This year's guest was Ema Pogačar, Conditus, and Sandi and Eva, SugarQueen, presented themselves as young Acrobats.

How to make the best product? First, it has to be made with love, so that you put your soul into it, then you find the right ingredients... and the little things you learn over the years.

The core of every company is its employees.

I had to borrow money to pay my employees - it was the hardest time of my life.

One period was so bad that even my son told me that I would make us poor now.

They call it "insolvency". That is not indiscipline, it is negligence. That, to me, is theft.

In the 14 years we have been working with them, Hofer has only once defaulted on a payment and we got an apology signed by five directors. They explained that there was an IT system failure. From that moment on, they have not missed a single day's payment.

If you do something, you have to get paid within the agreed timeframe.

I am very supportive of young entrepreneurs who have the 'balls' to start a business at 18, as soon as possible. But even if you start later - it's never too late.

Advice for young entrepreneurs? Just jump in the water, then swim.

I am not with the company only when I am present in the company. Entrepreneurship is with you 24 hours a day, except when you are sleeping, if you can manage to keep your mind off it.

The best thing is that I have a very good boss, because I am my own boss.

Entrepreneurship has enriched my life very much.

The beauty of entrepreneurship is that you can have a lot of ideas and when you get one, you can say - this is my idea and my colleagues and I could make it happen.

This encourages entrepreneurship and creativity, and shows entrepreneurship in a positive light.
