"See what you have to offer others."

Eva Jensterle is a flutist who completed her studies at the Hochschule für musik und Theater Hamburg and has won several national and international competitions. In Slovenia, she now teaches flute in lower music schools. In her work with children, she has noticed where they lack the will to practise the instrument, what they like to do and what they want to do. "I wondered how to bring them closer to music and how to encourage them to practice the instrument."

In response, the My Musical World booklet. Inside, children stick stickers, record their progress, listen to amazing musicians, even imitate yoga exercises and breathing techniques... Playful. Interactive. Colourful and engaging.

It was all born out of a simple desire to make it easier, more beautiful, more fun and to make children love music even more.

But it's often a long way from idea to realisation, and from a home-grown product to usefulness for a wider market. That's why Eva turned to a business incubator to get the right information and entrepreneurial know-how. "Mentoring with Mati at Katapult is great because he pushes me out of my comfort zone all the time. That alone makes you grow not only in business but also in personality. In a positive and constructive way, he guides me with questions to realise for myself what I can still develop, where I can still improve."

The booklet aims to inspire and motivate children to create in this wonderful world of music.

Eva was never looking for a product that would make her famous or create a globally successful company. Her work was simply about seeing what children need, what they lack, what they want - and giving it to them. Since it was not yet on the market, she used all her experience and vast knowledge to create it herself.

This approach is probably where its potential for success lies. The most beautiful successes will be the smiles of children who will carry their love of music throughout their lives. Perhaps years later, years after their worldwide fame, some of them will pick up My Musical World and remember their first steps into the world of music...
