I don't believe that everything in our lives happens for a reason, but it's better to believe that it does.
Young people suffer. In my observation, the most common reason is a loss of meaning. And excessive desires without patience. And also what I had and still have – a lack of attention in the sense of seeing what is reality and what is real now, rather than what is your idea or delusion in the head. I see them as scattered individuals with a million ideas and desires, but if they are not immediately satisfied, the psyche cries out. The soul cries out. They chase meaning and think they will get it in the wrong places.
The optimist in me sees development and technology in a way that there will be more time left for the things that are most important in life. These are interpersonal relationships. We work so much now that we don't have time for our elders, and I hope that this will change. Here I am optimistic that as a society we will see what is the essence of life – that the essence is having deep interpersonal relationships, caring for each other, and that this is the path that leads away from hell. But if we go in the direction of being taken over by technology and becoming more alienated from each other, we will feel that hell.
A large part of society’s morality is shown in how we care for the elderly individuals in society.

If young people have good role models in entrepreneurship, I think that will be very good for Slovenia.
Slovenia is the best country in the world. Proof that I really mean it is that I live here. Of course we have problems, difficulties. But I am in love with this environment, especially Ljubljana. I think we have a good balance of opportunities to create business and on the other hand the natural resources. I wouldn’t trade that for anything in the world.
When offers come in to move the company and it would be financially worthwhile for us to do so, I have to realize that my roots are here. Everything I am, everything I am capable of creating, is also because of the people and the country in which I grew up.
